In honor of the 2016 World Series Champion Chicago Cubs, I thought it was a perfect time to bring out this nugget.
The Cubs had pressure, your job has pressure, anything can cause pressure if you let it.
What Joe, Manager of the Chicago Cubs, preached to his team was to make sure you find more joy in what you are doing than the stress it causes.
This may be easier than for a baseball team than for you or “Steve” in accounting. The goal is to develop a system and get it out of your head.
