Fab 5 Podcasts: NPR News Now

I love knowing what is going on in our world. In my goals for 2017, I set out to watch the nightly news four times per week. Between listening to this Podcast, NPR News Now, once or twice a day and NPR’s Up First, I have heard nearly everything that is on the nightly news. 

Podcast: NPR News Now

Frequency: Every hour

Duration: 5 minutes. This “bite size” duration makes this podcast paletable as a short break in the day or as a “dead air” killer between any daily task. 

Host Carisma: N/A - several NPR correspondents rotate hosting the show. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing. The NPR reporting style is nice. Not a lot of opinions, just the facts of the news.
