I found this quote during a time on the desk where it seemed everything was especially difficult to grab momentum.

Projects would take a step forward to take two steps back, approval documents for project approvals were seemingly getting hung up on clerical issues. The fundamentals for success were there, the effort was there too, despite that the results just weren’t coming.

This one spoke to me at this time that sometimes thing just don’t go your way. If you are a hitter, and the hits just aren’t coming, keep swinging.

The wins will come if you keep swinging.
